How to Identify Foods You Can Eat with IBS

The foods contributing to your IBS symptoms will shock you!

How often do you eat foods like turkey, strawberries, flax seed, or even vanilla?

I thought it's about time that I share some results with you from the food sensitivity test that I like to use to help us identify the foods you can eat with IBS.

Here's a sample look at what you get back when you order the MRT (my fav food sensitivity test…here's why) to identify the foods you can eat with IBS.

There are 170 different foods that are tested, and for this person, turkey is a big no-no and so is turmeric, cayenne pepper, vanilla, and tuna fish.

Those are some of the big ones for this person. Also tomato, beets, broccoli, strawberries, and flax seeds.

Here is part of a sample test report:

WARNING: This is Only Step #1!

It's nice to see something like this so you can actually have a nice starting point and say, “Aha! Maybe that's why I feel the way I do.” (I say starting point because using the test alone without expert guidance will leave you with only mild symptom relief at best.)

You can become sensitive to the foods you eat most often for a few reasons.

This is just to give you an idea of what we are going to get when we start to work together.

This test is the first thing I do because it tells us what you can eat with IBS and it helps us create a thoughtful eating plan which will help calm down the inflammation in your body.

After that, we can chip away at your symptoms and in a few weeks, your IBS is going to be a thing of the past.

If you would like to identify foods you can eat with IBS, you can do that here and you'll get a consult with me where I go into detail about your medical history and briefly review your results.

That way, you'll have a chance to join the IBS Solution program which is a 3 week program where we're going to tackle your IBS Symptoms.

How this Different from other IBS Diets

Now you can see why all of those diets that you've tried in the past have failed you.

Whether it was a Low FODMAP Diet (yikes!), a paleo diet, or just healthier eating (where maybe you had turkey all of the time, or even tuna fish, or turmeric for example), you still have unpredictable bowel movements and bloating/cramping.

Healthy foods can absolutely be your IBS trigger foods, and that is exactly what we can identify.

The foods you can eat with IBS vary greatly from one person to the next.

All common IBS diets steer you in the wrong direction because they will still include some of your biggest IBS trigger foods.

The thing is, there are hundreds of foods that could be sneaking into your diet that are contributing to your IBS symptoms.

That's what makes this program work so well.

We're able to find out the foods you can eat with IBS which will not only help your IBS symptoms, but will help your entire body heal and come into balance.
