(Cauliflower) Buffalo Poppers
Buffalo wing enthusiasts will love this dish! It doesn't have to replace all of the buffalo wings at a party, but it can make a good substitute for second and third helpings!
Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower
1 egg
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Pinch of salt and pepper
3/4 cup hot sauce
1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
Celery & carrot for serving
Method:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
1.) Cut cauliflower into 1 1/2 inch pieces.
2.) Combine the egg, water, flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Toss the cauliflower in the mixture until all pieces are coated.
2.) Lightly grease a baking pan with oil, and spread out the cauliflower evenly across the pan. Bake for 30 mins, or until fork tender.
3.) Combine hot sauce and blue cheese in a large bowl. When cauliflower is done (and still hot), toss it in the hot sauce mixture.
Enjoy! Serve with celery and carrots
