Make a SMART Resolution

Sustainable: Will you be able to keep the resolution for the long run?

Measurable: Can you use a form of measurement to track your progress?

Attainable: Will you be able to meet the resolution within the time frame?

Realistic: Do you have the resources to succeed? Is it doable?

Time-bound: How much time will you give yourself to meet the goal?

What can you do to make yourself a better person? Whether it is related to food, exercise, family, friends, health, or your community, make sure your resolution has all of the above components to make sure it sticks! Keep progress notes, or at least a mental note to boost your motivation. Don’t give up! There is always a way.

PS- Who says you need to wait for a new year to make changes? Each DAY is a new opportunity for self improvement!ny
